Shipping and Returns Policy for The Everlasting Trees

Shipping Policy:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once you place an order on our website, please allow for 3-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only and inSha'Allah we will open international shipping soon. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs or other regulatory authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Everlasting Trees. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and with all tags and labels attached. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, may be required.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and exchanges will be processed based on availability.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
